paging file

I have been getting a message about no paging file or file is too small.
Have tried every different sizes in the custom size, system managed, no
paging file. Nothing works. I have shown the hidden files to try and find the
paging file under pagefile.sys and cannot find that. Have done a search on my
entire computer to find pagefile.sys with no results found. Is there anyway
this file could be deleted or corrupted? have also read numerous articles and
tried to reset the file the pagefile by setting the custom size to 0 min and
0 max. This did not work.
Any help would be appreciated.

Check you hard-drive space on C: drive to see if you have enough space left.
The recommend paging file size is 1.5 to 2 times of your RAM.
If you have another drive, you could also use the drive to be added to
paging file storage.

It is possible that you have consumed all the free space on your drive
so the pagefile cannot enlarge as needed up to the max size specified.
Empty your temp folders, purge your browser's temp file cache, remove
files you don't need anymore, and so forth to free up disk space (and
make sure to empty the Recycle Bin after all the deletes).

To delete the pagefile.sys file and recreate it on the next bootup, read

I have 27 free gigs of hard space. Have also tried every size in the paging
file imaginable. Is there anyway this file can become corrupt or deleted. I
have only one c drive.

In security does "everyone" or "system" have full control of the hard
drive or were you messing with the security?

How much space do you have free on C:? You want at least about 5 to 10
gig free at all times.
