Pages wont load

A page will load then if I try to go to another link from it the next page
wont load unless I keep the windows explorer open and refresh alot and delete
items in my temp folder. This is getting old please advise.

If that doesn't help, please be precise about 'won't load' actually means -
blank page? pictures missing? error message?
