2nd Browser wont load?

Ok when I click on a link and it gives me a 2nd page. Now
that 2nd page wont load unless I stop it from loading and
click refresh.

Installing the latest Cumulative Patch for IE may solve the problem as a
side-effect. Check in at Windows Update.
