Page Setup - Paper Size

Hi, I have an mdb with several reports, a couple I specify the margins, default printer and paper size. I am developing with access 2003 sp1. I dont lose any margins or anything else for that matter. The problem is when I give the mdb to other users, two items change, the right margin and the paper size. Everything else stuck for them. The default printer, the other 3 margins. How come the paper size and right margins did not? I believe they are using access 2000 sr1, with no additional updates.

Also, the Paper size is a form I created called PRO. I went to printers--> server properties-->create form--> and i set the size I wanted.Its this form I am using under Paper Size
