Page numbers in powerpoint

Hello - I'm putting a booklet together that has several different powerpoint
presentations (I'm printing them in 'Handout' format so users can take notes)
and was wondering if there was a way to assign page numbers, much like you
can in Word. For example, the first presentation will show the 3 slides with
lines to take notes, and will be pages 1 - 7. The second presentation I
would like to assign pages 8 - 15, so I can have it correspond with my table
of contents. Unfortunately, since these are separate presentations, it will
print out at page 1 again. Is there a way to tell it to start numbering at
page 8?

I'll bet you could use the File > Send to > Microsoft
Word option for all three files. Then, cut and paste the
resulting tables from each presentation into a single
Word document. Here you can assign page numbers in your
Page Set Up for Word.
