Page #'ing Sections

I have a report that groups doctors and patients.
So Dr Smith, say, have 10 patients with a medical report
of varying length. Then Dr. Jones goes through the same.

How can I # the pages for each patient? So patient x for
doctor smith has 4 pages, then patient y has 3 pages and
each report lists page 1of 4 or page 1 of 3.

I can # the pages, but it is for teh entire report (all
patients). Where do I put the page calc, on the patient
header?
