Page file system in Windows XP

william

Windows xp has 0 MB set as page file space. On boot-up
windows gives a page file error and gives instructions to
increase the page file amount. Each time I change the
Page File amount and restart I get the same error message
and the page file amount goes back to 0 MB.

How do I keep my page file amount at 382MB.
