Page File Problem

Hello

I need some help on an issue i have with the windowns
page file. after i change the limites to 1GB Inital and
2GB Max, the page file size changes to 1 GB when you push
Alt=Ctrl+Del. but after you restart it goes back to the
windows default size. can come one please reply to this,
it would be greatly appreciated. my email is
