page expired

Hi, I keep getting "Warning: Page has Expired" message after I do a search and then click "Back".
So, I have to do a "Reload" everytime to get back to my search results (not always, just some pages).
How can I change IE settings so I won't have to click "Reload" every time?

Its sais that "newer version is already installed on your computer" and so it does not want to perform the update
and i have XP so i guess this update should have come automatically
is there any other way to fix this problem?:(
