page cannot be displayed message

please could you help, i am trying to download a printer driver but when i
press the 'download' button i get 'page cannot be displayed' message instead
of the box to 'run, save'. is it something simple like a setting change? my
friend can do it on his pc with no problems. thanks in advance

Check you security settings, especially if you are using third party security software...
