Page 1 of 7 prints as 1 of 1, 2 of 2 ...

In Word, on screen shows correctly in footer (1 of 7, 2 of 7, 3 of 7, etc).
However, when the pages print, it prints as 1 of 1, 2 of 2, 3 of 3, etc).
