P2P Networking

Please help...About every minute for the past 3 days this
message pops up on my monitor:

"P2P Networking"
"! Can't start server"

I don't know how it started or why. I want to get rid of
it. It is annoying. If you can help me get rid of it I
would greatly appericiate it. Be specific.

P2P Networking means "Peer to Peer" networking. This sounds like a problem
with Kazaa or one of those file swapping services.

I have this same problem. About every minute or less...VERY ANNOYING!! Someone help!! How do I stop it?
