Overide plain text on autosignature reply

Hi
using Outlook 2002 on exchange server.
When replying to or forwarding a message autosignature is
converted by outlook to plain text if the original message
was composed in plain text. This means formatting is lost.
Does anyone one know of a way to overide this behaviour
and keep the Rich text formatting of the autosignature in
the reply or forward message?
thanks
Kit

No, you can't put formatting in a plain text message. That's what "plain
text" means.

no, you can't display a message in two different formats. If the plain text
version of the signature looks a little odd you might be able to edit it
manually (from the file) to clean it up.
