Outloook "Not Responding" to email with attachments

Only when attempting to open an email message that has an attachment: Outlook
freezes and "Not Responding" appears TWICE on Task Master. This is simply
trying to open the message, not the attachment. Same thing when I try to send
a message with an attachment. Without an attachment, opening and sending OK.
Does anyone have any experience with this or knowledge about how to overcome?
I have tried reinstalling, tweaking, etc. No luck!

Hi,

Go to Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options>Add-in Manager.
- Disabled all Add-Ins and restart Outlook.

If issue still exists, try to open Outlook through -

Start-> Run-> outlook /safe
And then try to check for the issue.

Also, check if there's any error report created (Look for mod name)
