Outlook won't grab all emails? Some left on serve

In my office we were using an exhange server, however we have no
changed over to POP email. I thought I made all the right changes i
outlook to let it accept POP email, but I have users complaining o
lost emails, or just that they never received it. I set up outloo
express on these machines with the same account info and all th
messages are downloaded.

Why would OE collect all received emails while Outlook won't

What version of Outlook are you using? Do you happen to know which POP3
server you're using? There is one out there that has a bug in some versions
that could lead to this.
