outlook will not allow me to delete email in outbox

I have an email in my outbox that cannot be sent, file is too large. When I
attempt to open it or delete it I get a messaage saying Outlook has already
begun transmitting it.

Try logging on to Outlook offline and deleting it.

You can open Outlook in safe mode to try and delete, as stated above. You can
