Outlook wastes trees

I tried printing page 1 of a multi page email in Outlook but the option has
been removed in 2007. Instead there is an option for all, even and odd, which
I think relatively few people will want. How do I print only page 1 from
within outlook? It used to be an option in 2003 so can we please have it back.

A simple addition to Outlook to save paper and thus trees would be to have
an option to print only the top email in a string which includes several tos
and fros. In 2007 there is already an option for previous and next within a
single message so that could be extended to printing.

Even and odd can actually be useful if you want to print on both sides of
paper to save paper.
I agree that further print options including the ability to print specific
or selected pages or even only selected text is desirable.
Your option now is to copy and paste and then Print.
