I'm presuming from this that you only have one Windows log-in on this
laptop?
The answer, unless you create a second Windows log-on, is to create a
second Outlook Profile. Go to Control Panel-Mail-Show Profiles-Add.

control panel, mail applet - click properties button and choose the option
to select the profile at startup.

If you use Exchange Server, you may also have to go into the properties
of the E-mail account and select the SECURITY tab, then turn on the
option to PROMPT FOR USER CREDENTIALS (or something
similar). I'm not at work and I don't have access to the specifics at the
moment.
