Outlook Team Calendar

I have a windows 2000 server machine with Outlook 2003
installed. I have downloaded and installed Outlook Team
Calendar 2.2 successfully. I installed CDO by running
office setup cd successfully. I created a 'team calendar'
folder under my mailbox. I moved the teamcal.htm file to
a network share on my server. I pointed the home page of
my 'team calendar' to the teamcal.htm file located on the
network share. When I click on my 'team calendar'
everything looks like it is ok, but of the five
buttons/headings (Overview, Personalize, Refresh, Team
Members, and Help) only the Personalize and Help are
available for me to click on. The others have lines
through them. Also there is a big OFFLINE highlighted in
red right below the headers. Any help would be
appreciated.

Thinks you are offline when you use cached mode in Outlook 2003. Disable
cache mode to fix it.
