Another shared calendar question

rhonda

I created a secondary calendar in Outlook to display staff leave and team
meetings. Followed all instructions for selecting permissions but my team
still can't view the shared calendar. What am I missing?

When they select "Open a shared calendar" and type in the saved name of the
calendar, they get -- Unable to display the folder. Ther server mailbox
cannot be opened because this address book entry is not a mail user.

Secondary calendars need opened as a secondary mailbox, not using the open
shared folder method.
