How do I view multiple calendars in one view

How do I see multiple calendars in one view?

I am part of a team of 6 and I need a consolidated view (in a shared mail
box) how has what meetings etc in there calendar. Can this be done ?

You can Use Overlay mode in Outlook 2007.

When in the calendar, go to the actions menu - view group schedules.

2002. i would really like to be able to sync to this as well am I just asking
