I have a client whose co-worker's email keeps going into a certain subfolder
instead of her inbox. Both are using Outlook 2003. There aren't any rules set
up and we've recreated the folder but her mail still goes there. Hers is the
only one that it's happening too.
I've remoted into her workstation and checked rules and alerts. Any other
place I should be checking? The co-worker says she does not have any rules
set up either.
