Outlook Status bar shows "disconnected LAN" icon

I don't know what changed. My internet is up. I can browse sites.

Outlook shows an ICON on the bottom right of the status bar which I interpet
as "LAN disconnected".

I can't SEND/RECEIVE and I presume there's a setting somewhere that will
resolve this problem.

Any help?

did you try file, work offline or file, connect to exchange server?
