I recently lost send/receive progress in the outlook status bar,

I'm using Outlook 2003 SP3.
Until a couple of days ago, I would receive send/receive status and progress
in the Outlook Status Bar at the bottom right of my Outlook Window. I don't
think I made any changes, but the information no longer shows up. Are there
any ideas as to why this may have happened?
