Outlook start and removing of personal folder

When I star Outlook 2003 the floppydrive starts. I have to deaktivate this.
Can anyone help me to solv this problem?
A source of irritation is Personal folders.pst I have two and cannot remove
them.
Have anyone ideas how to do?

Sorry. This did not help me. When I click on tools, there is no "Serviceses"
to guide me to Personal folders. I have Outlook 2003. The link you gave me is
for Outlook 2000.

Go to Tools | Options | Mail Setup | Data files. I know that article is
for OL2000 but it may still apply to OL2003.
