OUTLOOK - Signatures

Hi All
I’m sure someone can help – even if it is only to say that “it can’t be doneâ€.

I have decided to use Outlook as my default mailer so I can use the calendar
function in Outlook. I have a number of email addresses and in Outlook
Express I could assign different default signatures (html) to each of the
email account (Tools / Options / Signatures / Advanced …. And then select
which accounts use which signature).

I can’t seem to find a similar option in Outlook – I have to do it manually
each time !!! $%^&*()_.

Also, Outlook Express offered the option when downloading mail … “Hang up
when finishedâ€. Where is this option in Outlook ???

Thanks in advance if you can help.
