Outlook should include a note to people I BCC

I would like to suggest incorporating a field where I can send an email and
BCC someone with a little note that only that person can see. This would be
very helpful for situations where I could explain why they are getting copied
on the email or maybe some special instructions.

That's not a limitation of Outlook but simply not supported by the SMTP
protocol.

Perhaps before asking for a feature request, researching WHY it is not included would be informative to you and helpful to Microsoft to cut down on the needless suggestions.
