Idea: Outlook should group related emails (ie. same subject line) together in
a tree - like the [+] in Windows Explorer.

When an email is replied to by all on a number of occasions, you can easily
get many many emails with the same subject line swamping your mailbox. This
is especially so if it's a funny joke that the rest of the department is
commenting on, or some dire prediction from the acconting department about
how a client is going to get mad if XYZ doesn't happen in the next 2 hours.

Adding a feature that allows Outlook to "tree" responses to emails, just
like a sub-directory structure in Windows Explorer, would mean that all the
replies would be "sub-emails" off the orginal. This would reduce cluttered
mailboxes and make the email easier to digest in one go.

Thoughts?
