Hi. I'm new here and desperate with our Outlook problem.
I use Outlook 2003. In the past few months, Outlook has been sending multiple (10-12) outgoing messages on a regular basis.
Virus and spyware scans come up clean. Then I tried the original install disk and did the "repair" option. It did not help. I also created a new email group. It did not help.
Finally, I am working in Mexico at the present time and cannot call any of the toll-free numbers from here, and I can't find any toll numbers that I could call.
When Outlook is sending these emails, there is NOTHING in the outgoing box.
Please, please help me with this problem. I am so frustrated and confused, I honestly do not know where else to turn.
