Outlook..sending a message

I'm new to Outlook...used Express for years and trying to grow a bit.

My problem is when I send an email to one person it goes okay but when I try
to send it to alot of people in my address book I get a message that reads:
"an Internal supoort function returned an error" and I can't ever send it.
Anyone have any ideas..thanks

Version of Outlook and type of account (pop / Imap etc)?
Are you entering the other addy's in CC or BCC, with each addy seperated by
a colon?
Do you have any anti virus intergrated with Outlook? If so the first thing
would be to uninstall it and reboot prior to re testing
