Outlook Send Recieve

I have Outlook 2003, and XP. I have tried in Both programs to get the automatic send recieve to work. No matter what I do it won't send and recieve automatically. It happend when i added an email account. I was running with 4 of them, but now I have 3. Does anyone have any ideas? I can't get it to send and recieve automatically anymore. I have changed the settings for time, turned it off, exited and turned it back on. I have even tried rebooting inbetween setting changes. NO LUCK. Someone please help!

You didn't provide any details that would permit troubleshooting.
Include Mail account types, connection types, firewall information, online
status in the File menu.

I am using all POP3 email accounts. no firelwalls, and I am connected via my companies T-fire Line.
