Outlook rules should allow custom text in Desktop Alert.

During presentations, Desktop Alerts are visible to others. It would be nice
to be able to customize the message displayed on messages that are likely to
contain personal or confidential information--for example, messages from a
spouse or messages marked Private.

The most expedient solution is simply to disable desktop alerts during
presentations.
