Outlook - .rtf files

I receive files with .rtf attachments. I used to be able to open them with
no problem. Now, after opening 3 attachments, I cannot open anymore. I get
the following error message:
"Can't create file: Warehouse_Lookup Report.rtf. Right-click the folder
you want to create the file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut
menu to check your permissions for the folder."
The only workaround is to close down Outlook, and restart, which is getting
very time consuming. My IS people have done everything they can think of to
fix this, with no result. Any ideas?
