Outlook Restrictions

We recently upgraded to Outlook 2003 from Outlook 2002. This is in a PC
running Windows XP Pro that is shared by two users. One of the users, my
wife, is not taken to the URL from links contained on an email because she
gets a message that says "This action has been cancelled because of
restrictions on this computer. See your system administrator" I am the
administrator and have not placed any restrictions on her log on. She is
logged as an administrator herself. She can go to the browser, either IE or
Firefox and go to any links. Security is set to medium and she does not have
any problem going to any URL she types in or that she finds in other Web
pages. The problem seems to affect only Outlook. Any help you can offer
will be most welcomed. Thank you. Please reply to

Thank you very, very much. The article solved my problem with the simple
action of resetting the IE Web settings. I didn't even have to edit the
Registry. Again thank you very much for your help.
