Outlook profile won't run after re-installation of Office 2002XP

I re-installed Office 2002XP and setup my e-mail accounts,
which test out OK. I use two profiles, one is MSOutlook
and the other is my RoadRunner cable service. The
Roadrunner profile is OK, but the Outlook profile gives an
error message of "Unable to open default e-mail folders.
The DLL file for the informationservice could not be
found. MAPI was unable to load the information service
PSTPRX.DLL."
I'm not sure what to do next. Any help is appreciated.
