Outlook problems

Whenever I try to open the Outlook address book or try to
sent an e-mail via Outlook I get the following error
message: The procedure point Str TokEx could not be
located in the Dymanic Link Library MSOERT2.dll

I can receive and open e-mails.

Nothing to do with Windows 2000 - I recommend you try an
MS Office or an Outlook newsgroup. Stating the exact
version of Outlook would be helpful.
