Outlook Permission error

Hi:

I am transferring a .pst file from an old computer to a new one. I am able
to read the .pst files that I brought over to the new system, but now, when I
try to use the send/recieve button, I get a permission error. It tells me
that I don't have the appropriate permission to perform this operation. I
was able to send recieve before I moved the .pst files over.

I can't find where to change the permissions. I would be grateful for any
help that you can provide.

And how exactly did you transfer and move to the new OL, in whatever
versions?
You've run the repair tool scanpst.exe?
