Outlook Not Closing Down

A

Alan W

New Installation of Windows Media Centre Edition - fully updated. Also have
MS Office 2003

When I try to close Outlook - it stays in System Tray and I am unable to
close it. If I then try to restart Outlook it will not open.

When I close down I now get and End Now Warning (CiceroUIWindFrame).

I have checked that there are no Comms Add-ins etc although I do have Winfax
installed.

Anyone any ideas

You have something ruinning that is keeping Outlook open as well. See if
something here helps:

Do you mean "CiceroUIWndFrame: (no "i" in the middle)? Google found this in
two seconds. It's part of Office's speech and handwriting recognition.
Open Control Panel's Add or Remove Programs, select Microsoft Office, click
Change, find "Office Shared Features", expand it, click "Alternative User
Input" and choose "Not Available". Click Update.
