Outlook Meeting

I have created a Meeting and sent the invitations. I have
received the reponses (some accepted, some declined, and
some tentative), but they don't all update on the Meeting
notice (that is the response of about 95% show "None" even
though I have the responses in the Inbox). Any ideas as
to why they don't ALL update automatically?
