Meeting responses going to third parties

mboucher

Hi,

We have a user (user 1) who has a shared calendar with another use
(user 2) and also access to the user 2's inbox etc, and whenever user
sends a meeting request, the responses go to both users, even when use
2 is not part of the meeting.

Any ideas how to stop them getting sent to user 2 as well?

Thanks,
Michae

Are they a delegate along with a sharer of the calendar?

Where do I check if they are a delegate?

On the properties of the folder, check the delegates tab for that user and
the recipient.

Should they be in there or not?
