Outlook live setup

I recently upgraded to outlook live / outlook 2003. I am trying to use only
one calendar and one contacts list so here is what i did. I setup a msn email
account and a @msn folder only. No personal folder. I can know sync with my
MSN account and the MSN calendar will sync with my PDA since I do not use a
personal folder. Any downside to this? I get a feeling this is going to bite
me later. Where is my info stored since I do not have a personal folder?
