Outlook email

I paid for a hotmail account, yet when click on via Outlook, I am unable to
send messages. I have to log on via MSN and sometimes I don't get the
encryption letters for security. Thus I am forced to use the msn email and
not go thru outlook and that is why I paid for the upgraded service.

Is the email under the personal folder creating my problem?

I want to click on outlook and use that as email.
HELP m emails are not being sent.

If you pay MSN, then you should contact them for support.
