Outlook 2003 & MSN account - shuts down reading pane.

I have a paid MSN account that I have put into Outlook with my other email
accounts. Every time I try to read my MSN emails, Outlook shuts down and
when it restarts the reading pane shuts off. The reading pane works fine
with all my other accounts. How do I correct This?

did you try detect and repair? is there a specific message that causes it?

Yes I did try detect and repair, it didn't correct it. Any message in my MSN
file causes it. As soon as I try to open any message in the msn file I get
the box that says Outlook has encountered a problem and must shut down.
