Outlook - highlight part of an email, right click, create a task

I should be able to hightlight part of a message, meeting reqeust, etc.,
right mouse click and create a task from it that includes the highlighted
task as the task subject.

Often people receive email the contains action items/text that need to be
turned into tasks.

You can do some of that now by right clicking an email and dropping it on
the Task folder.
