outlook going crazy

anyone know how to fix this problem? i can't get my mail and when i do it
comes in repeated about 10 times. i also can't delete mail out of m inbox.
someone please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Version of Outlook?

Things like "I can't..." are much to vague to work with and offer any
specific assistance.

Most likely your send/receive issues are caused by your anti-virus scanner.
Disable this integration and try again.

Seems to me, AT&T (the former Bell South) has changed their connection
ports. Did you check with the AT&T support staff?
