Outlook fldpub.dll error

Outlook 200 (SP-3) keeps shutting down. I am getting the following error
information:

I have the latest virus definitions and have done a full system scan with no
viruses; I have done a repair re-installation of Outlook and have run the
"fixmapi.exe" and am still having Outlook shutdown after a few minutes. Any
ideas on what the problem is? This is a new problem in the past few days.
Could a security patch have caused this problem?

helpful. FWIW, if you don't use NetFolders, uninstall this feature from your
Office/Outlook installation.

Oh and to answer the question, yes. SP2 and later for Office/Outlook 2000
has introduced security enhancements that break NetFolders.
