Have you looked under Tools, Options, Spelling, Language?

<sigh> I presume you have just installed Offfice 2007? (PLEASE give as MUCH
detail in your post as you can - yours is VERY sparse). If that is the case
you can't - you either need to install Office 2003 English Proofing Tools if
you have them available, or install a third-party OE spellcheck, for which
you can do a Google.
