Use the CD-burning application of your choice to burn the copies of
your storage folder to a blank CD.

If you mean the folder is a folder you created in Outlook Express and then
saved your emails to this folder, then you will be looking for a file with a
..dbx extension that is the same name as the folder in Outlook Express
(Example: myfolder.dbx).

The location of this .dbx file would be (as an example):
C:\Documents and Settings\MyAccountName\Local Settings\Application
Data\Identities\{G37AG17H-674F-4F6F-5R60-EC7A4AF276CG}\Microsoft\Outlook
Express\MyFolder.dbx
