Outlook Express

Since I installed a new hard drive and reinstalled
Outlook Express, I cannot open an attachment. I get OE
removedaccess to the following unsafe attachments in your
mail. I never had this happen before.
 
I had the same thing happen to me.
I just wiped a drive and reloaded.
Look in outlook tools/options/security
uncheck the second box down.

By default OE won't let you open atatchments
all you have to do is go into your properties and change
the check mark then you will be fine
