Outlook Express is dropping all incoming attachments

Ever since I last updated from Microsoft's website I have
been unable to recieve email attachments via Outlook
Express. The attachments are flagged with a paper clip but
I get a message that states that "OE removed the following
unsafe attachments from your mail". Any ideas?

Go to Tools--> Options and then to the Security tab and check the applicable
box regarding allowing attachments.
